Electromagnetic Detection Tool
The Electromagnetic Defectoscope (EMT) is used to measure thickness variation and damage of the casing. Metal loss, residual wall thickness, damage and corrosion can be effectively inspected, downhole pipe string structure, tool location and ferromagnetic matter accurately identified, providing reference for casing damage prevention and control, as well as casing damage mechanism detection in complex stratum.

We have our own affiliated Mechanical Machining Center, serving for our R&D and manufacturing. It also provides machining services for external clients, especially for machining of complicated and highly-required parts.
We have a near 20000 SQR FT anti-static workshop, equipped with up-to-date testing tools and instrument, as well as advanced production, machining and inspection equipment. Currently, there are totally 120 personnel in production department, 60% of who owns industrial experience for more than 10 years, involving disciplines like electronics application, information engineering, electromechanics, machining and electronic assembly. We have formulated a series of manufacturing process standards to effectively ensure products reliability. Parts from elements to sensors are all from renowned suppliers for quality assurance. To further improve products quality, we have established quality assurance system in line with API Q1 specifications and ISO9001 standards and strictly abide by API Quality Management System. In 2008, we passed API Q1 and ISO9001 Quality Management System certification.
We focus on research & development of new cased hole logging tools, and application of new technologies and methods to replace traditional logging methods and help service companies adopt new technologies and to lead the industry. The R&D is developing from current cased hole logging to integrated cased hole solution, from singular wireline logging to integrated application of wireline, slickline and coiled tubing (WL/SL/CT) logging. We have been paying close attention to the demand of new technology, new method, new material, new technique, and new tools from the future shear gas, coal gas and other new energy fields, as well as information resources, technologies and product development opportunities from combining sections among different industry chains of cased hole logging. R&D team are rich in professional experience, covering mechanical, electrical, optical, software, and other disciplines to ensure 2-3 new products could be launched every year.
